On October 12th, Bob Gibbs, our local counsel in the Visa Bulletin litigation, filed a Freedom of Information Action Request seeking a wide range of documents relating the to the switch of the October 2015 Visa Bulletin. The FOIA request can be found here.

USCIS has receipted the FOIA this week and that receipt can be found here.
