I’m a little late in pointing this out, but I am proud that Visalaw.com, the web site I launched in June 1994 at the same time I started Siskind Susser, my immigration law practice, began its third decade online. Visalaw.com was the world’s third law firm web site (just a few weeks behind #1 and #2) and it was the first in many categories – first solo lawyer web site (the other two were large law firms), first law firm web site in the Southern US and first immigration lawyer. Three years Visalaw.com would feature the very first lawyer blog where I covered, not surprisingly, congressional efforts to increase the H-1B cap. Visalaw.com underwent a major overhaul that was completed (mostly) last fall and we’re still in the process of updating many of its features to be as helpful in decade three as in its first years.
